DELIVERY TIME FRAMES
Here at The Golden Bone Bakery, we know that your four-legged bestie can’t wait for a taste of some delicious healthy treats, so we get cracking as soon as your order comes in, so that you can receive your goodies as soon as possible.
Of course, delivery times may vary depending on where you are located but delivery usually takes place within 3 to 5 working days to most metropolitan areas. Deliveries to Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania, Northern Territory and some rural areas may take up to 7 - 10 working days. (Remember that couriers generally do not work on national, state and local public holidays or Sundays, so these may contribute to a delivery delay of your order.)
Busy periods such as Christmas, Easter and Black Friday / Cyber Monday will also affect delivery times, so it is best to order early to make sure your little mate does not miss out on their festive treats!
SHIPPING COSTS
For online retail sales, the cost of shipping is a fixed rate of $11.95 per order.
Orders over $120 qualify for Free Shipping! (please note: the free shipping order value is calculated after discounts have been applied)
If your pooch needs their treats pronto, Express Shipping via Australia Post is available for $24.95
SPECIAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTION REQUESTS
Our delivery partners automatically default your order to 'Authority to Leave'. If you would like 'Signature on Delivery' please let us know in the "Order Notes" section in the Shopping Cart.
Please also make a note in the "Order Notes" section if you have any special delivery requests, or you are not likely to be home when the goods are delivered. This allows the delivery driver to know where you are happy for them to leave the goods in a safe place (please let us know where you want them left eg. By the front door / by the back door / in the post box).
Please note that we cannot take responsibility for goods after they have been left for you. If our courier confirms they have been delivered, then we cannot cover any loss.
If you have requested 'Signature on Delivery' and you are not home when the delivery is made, the courier will leave a card for you with instructions on redelivery or pick up options. If you are not home a second time that a courier attempts delivery, they will leave a second card, and generally will return the goods to us, and we will contact you. At that stage, we can arrange for redelivery (for which you will need to pay an additional delivery charge, as our courier will not deliver it at no charge to us), or a refund (less the initial delivery charge).
