SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY TIME FRAMES

Even though our treats are hand-made, Katharina knows that your four-legged bestie can’t wait for a taste, so she gets cracking as soon as your order comes in, so that you can receive your goodies as soon as possible.

Of course delivery times may vary depending on where you are located. Delivery usually takes place within 3 to 5 working days. (Remember that the couriers do not work on Australian /Queensland public holidays / Sundays, so there may be a bit of a delay during Christmas, Easter etc, so it is best to order early to make sure your little mate does not miss out on her festive treat).

If you wish to sell The Golden Bone Bakery dog treats, Katharina would love to chat with you and for wholesale customers in and around Brisbane she will even hand deliver your initial order, as part of the personal touch with which she runs her business.

 

CHANGE OF MIND REFUNDS

If you change your mind about a product you have purchased from us, you can return that product to us within 14 days of purchase and we will happily refund the original purchase price provided the product and its packaging is not damaged. You will need to pay the cost of returning the product to us.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

If you are an individual buying from us, costs of shipping is at a fixed rate of $8 per order.

If you are a wholesaler, someone who will be selling or giving away our product (you need to apply to become a wholesaler to qualify for whole sale prices), shipping is at a fixed fee of $13 per order.

We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please provide a physical address for delivery. If you are not likely to be in when the goods are delivered, please make a note in the “special instructions” section of our shopping cart when you pay, so that we know you are happy for our courier to leave the goods for you (please let us know where you want them left eg. By the front door / by the back door / in the post box). Please note that we cannot take responsibility for goods after they have been left for you. If our courier tells us they are delivered, then we cannot cover any loss (after all, these are super-popular dog treats that just might be too tempting for a passer-by to resist).

If you are not in when the delivery is made, the courier will leave a card for you (unless you have given special instructions for your parcel to be left for you). If you are not in a second time that a courier attempts delivery, they will leave a second card, and generally will return the goods to us, and we will contact you. At that stage, we can arrange for redelivery (for which you will need to pay an additional delivery charge, as our courier will not deliver it at no charge to us), or a refund (less the initial delivery charge).
